Game On! Join the C'MON REF Team

At C'mon Ref, we provide an exciting opportunity for individuals to learn and get involved in the game of lacrosse. Our program is open to those who are 18 years old or older. We collaborate with Arizona high school teams, as well as some youth teams that require adult officials. While we don't offer training for youth officials, we do provide training for junior high, high school, and college club officials.

 

We are proud to work in conjunction with USA Lacrosse and the CWLOA (insert full form). As part of our role at C'mon Ref, we not only train officials but also assign them games throughout the year, including tournaments that we are affiliated with. To become an official, you must pass a background check and the USA Lacrosse test. The training process typically takes up to two weeks, but once completed, you'll have the opportunity to earn extra income by working at your own schedule. It's worth noting that officiating involves a fair amount of physical activity, so it's a great way to stay in shape while making money.
